"I sent this email and still never heard from them.... this was my experience with them. State Farm Team, I am writing to share a concern regarding one of your agents, Conswayla. When I first became a State Farm customer, she was extremely helpful in ensuring I received the best possible savings. Because of that positive experience, I would often request to speak with her directly when I called. I am not sure if this caused any issue, but over time it appeared that my calls were consistently transferred to other representatives. That was completely fine with me. However, during a conversation this morning, I experienced an interaction with Conswayla that I found unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. Her tone toward me was unusually strong and dismissive, and it gave the impression that she did not want to speak with me at all. This type of interaction is not reflective of the customer service I expect from State Farm. As a result of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable working with this agency and have transferred my policies to a different State Farm office effective today. I believe it is important to share this feedback, and I hope this matter will be addressed appropriately. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I wish your agency continued success."
