"I have home and 2 vehicles insured with State Farm after transferring from another insurance agency. Today I had a policy review with my agent Keith Hargrove and was able to save nearly $200 on my vehicles insurance. My home insurance remains reasonable and only increased about $30. I am pleased with the excellent customer service provided today and a previous next day refund for a towing claim."

"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT. I WILL BE REPORTING HIM AND REBECCA. I HAVE BEEN REACHING OUT TO THEM SINCE DECEMBER 4TH IN REGARDS TO MY CONCERNS ABOUT NOT RECEIVING A BILL OR NOTICE. IF IT WAS NOT FOR CINDY; I WOULD BE DRIVING WITHOUT CAR INSURANCE. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO CORPORATE AND THE CONSUMER PROTECTION AGENCY FOR THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THIS IS AN INCOMPETANT LOCATION. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PEOPLE. I THANK GOD FOR ALLOWING ME TO REMEMBER TO REACH OUT OFTEN TO THEM. I AM GOING TO NEED THIS PAPER TRAIL WHEN TO GET HIM FINED AND REBECCA'S LICENSE TAKEN AWAY. I HAVE A PERFECT DRIVING RECORD AND MISTAKES DO HAPPEN WHEN IT COMES TO SUBMITTING PAPERWORK BUT I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED THAT THERE WAS AN INACCURACY. I WILL BE TAKING THIS I HIGH AS IT CAN GO. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF AND ALL THE RECORDINGS OF REBECCA LYING OR SHE IS JUST STUPID."

"Ms. North, Our records show all of your texts were answered by my staff soon after receipt. I'm not sure what other items you were inquiring about other than billing, or discounts. In any event, neither billing nor discounts influenced your pending cancellation. The only factor taken into consideration was your driving record. Our underwriting department sent you a cancellation letter (I've forwarded to you earlier) on November 12, 2024, stating the reasons for the cancellation. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to reverse underwritings decision. I understand the timing is unfortunate and inconvenient but State Farm will provide coverage for you up until the date and time of the cancellation."

"Terrible service. The only good part and helpful individual in this office was Shauna. Got a letter in the mail that my policy was being cancelled, minimal explanations and no elaboration by anyone, only to find out that with the new policy they drafted (without running it by me), I owed an entire 6 month premium upright (while being on auto pay for months prior) and no one felt the need to inform me of any changes. If you want obscene charges, no communication or professionalism by your agent, then stay here but otherwise find yourself a new agent to handle your policy."

"I apologize for the negative experience . Our records show that based on information you provided at the time of application you were initially offered a rate in our Mutual Company. After further examination by our underwriting department, your underwriting score resulted in your reclassification to our standard company and a higher premium. You received a notice advising of the cancellation of your Mutual policy and informed of an offer in our Standard Company. Your Mutual cancellation was scheduled for December 20, 2023, and you were informed of this change and your policy rewritten in Standard Company on November 14, 2023, in plenty of time to avoid Company cancellation. In closing, it is Company billing policy to require 50% of your 6 months auto premium up front with the remainder to be paid within 30 days. After 6 months policyholder in good standing are offered the opportunity to take advantage of our monthly billing option."

"This is the best and most consistent customer service I have EVER gotten from a car insurance company. Mr. Keith Hargrove and his staff are always available to answer questions. "After having them cover my vehicles for almost 9 years, I still love this agency. Everyone is always so friendly. This last experience occurring today, Cindy was an absolute delight to work with. "Mr.Hargrove was was like all other insurance companies, quick to call back but not willing to insure a home older built before 2000? why even make home improvements,roof , plumbing and other things and wait five days to to hear sorry your house it too old."
